Subordination
The Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Records (BelNITsED) is subordinate to the
Department of Archives and Records Management under the Ministry of Justice of the
Republic of Belarus, a central administrative agency in charge of archives and records
management throughout Belarus.

Electronic Records Archive
The main bulk of the archive’s records are the information resources of national value which are stored as archival copies:
- State Register of Information Resources of the Republic of Belarus
- State Register of Historical and Cultural Treasures of the Republic of Belarus
- Data Bank on Historical and Cultural Treasures of the Republic of Belarus
- Data banks on general education schools, specialized secondary, vocational, and higher educational institutions
- State Register of Equities of the Republic of Belarus
- Unified Register of Equity Market Makers
In addition, the Archive preserves statistical data on various Belarusian institutions in the field of culture and art, a collection of digital copies from the Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art, normative and procedural documents and publications produced by the Belarusian Research Institute of Records Management and Archival Studies (BelNIIDAD) and by BelNITsED proper.
