The Library holds collections of Laws of the Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic (BSSR)
and Decrees of the BSSR Supreme Soviet Presidium, collections of Edicts and
Decrees by Belarusian President and government resolutions.
Reference literature is represented by a twelve-volume Belarusian Soviet Encyclopaedia,
dictionaries, directories on administrative and territorial division etc.
The Library also holds the Pamyat (Memory) series of documented chronicles of the
Slutsk, Starye Dorogi and Luban districts. The Second World War is represented by
publications on Soviet POW camps and Soviet prisoners of war who died in a German camp
near Hammelburg, publications on partisans and underground resistance members in
Minsk region and books on the history of the Holocaust.
