A presentation was held for the joint Belarusian-Russian publication, «Stalingrad–Vitebsk: The Reconstruction of Cities, 1943–1953»

The presentation took place on November 5, 2026, as part of the 3rd International «Kolpakov Readings» Conference — organized by Samara State Technical University during the «Year of the Unity of the Peoples of Russia» — and within the framework of the international patriotic project «Parade of Memory», implemented by the Samara branch of the Russian Military Historical Society.
