Participation of the National Historical Archives of Belarus in the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Pichet Readings 2026: Historical Science in the Perspective of Interdisciplinary Research»

On October 23, 2026, the international scientific and practical conference «Pichet Readings 2026: Historical Science in the Perspective of Interdisciplinary Research», organized by the Faculty of History at the Belarusian State University, took place.

The National Historical Archives of Belarus were represented at the conference by Marat Krupko, a junior research fellow/trainee in the Department for the Use of Documents and Information, and Dmitry Lutenkov, a leading archivist in the Department of Information Retrieval Systems. They delivered presentations titled, respectively, «The Orthodox Clergy of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (1458–1596) in Belarusian Historiography» and «The Evolution of Historiographical Paradigms in the Study of Early Printed Book Culture in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (Second Half of the 19th Century – First Quarter of the 21st Century)».
