The documentary «Hero Fortress» screens at Euphrosyne of Polotsk State University

On May 12, 2026, a screening of the documentary «Hero Fortress» was held in the concert hall of the Polotsk Collegium. It was produced by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents with the support of the Department of Archives and Records Management. The screening was organized for first-year students of the Humanities Department of Euphrosyne of Polotsk State University.

Staff from the Zonal State Archive in Polotsk spoke about the significance of the heroic deeds of the defenders of the Brest Fortress in the context of the history of the Great Patriotic War and emphasized the value of visual materials for preserving historical memory.
