On the Zonal State Archives in Orsha holding information hours dedicated to Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus as part of the national «Archives for School» campaign

On March 13 and 16, 2026, as part of the national «Archives for School» campaign, the Zonal State Archives in Orsha held thematic information hours with students in grades 6-9 of the state educational institutions «Orsha Secondary School No.21» and «Orsha Secondary School No.13» and staff of the Zonal State Archives in Orsha to mark Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus.

The main objective of the events was to promote civic development, enhance the legal and informational culture of young men and women, and inform young citizens of Belarus about their rights and responsibilities, the fundamentals of Belarusian legislation and government, and Belarus’s current domestic and foreign policy.

As a result, the students expressed their opinions on the importance of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus for citizens and for society as a whole.

Students were also shown the documentary film «The History of the Great Victory», produced by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents.
