On the Brest Region State Archives’ Presentation of an Exhibition at the Brest Regional Executive Committee

On March 13, 2026, as part of the All-Belarusian campaign «We Are Citizens of Belarus», dedicated to Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus, the Brest Regional Executive Committee hosted a series of events, the central part of which was the ceremonial presentation of passports to students from various cities and districts of the Brest Region.

The Brest Region State Archives participated in the event, presenting a permanent documentary exhibition previously organized in the Brest Regional Executive Committee building.

Veronika Krishchenko, Lead Archivist of the Document Use and Publication Department, introduced schoolchildren to archival documents reflecting the history of the Brest Region, its socioeconomic development, administrative and territorial changes, the region’s population statistics over the years, and more.
