On the participation of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus in the exhibition «Komsomol Chronicle: 1920-2025», dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the Belarusian Komsomol

On September 24, 2025, the 46th Congress of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union (BYU) opened at the Youth House. As part of the youth forum, the exhibition «Komsomol Chronicle: 1920-2025», dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the Belarusian Komsomol, was presented to participants.

The National Archives of the Republic of Belarus presented unique documents at the exhibition, dedicated to the history of the origin, formation, and development of the Komsomol movement in our country: Appeal of the BYU Central Committee to Youth (1919); Materials of the 1st Congress of the BYU (1920); Proceedings of the First Congress of the BYU Central Committee of the 8th Congress (1926); Minutes No.1 of the meeting of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Belarusian Komsomol on the tasks of Komsomol organizations of Belarus in connection with the military situation, June 27–28, 1941; Protocol No.301 of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Belarus on the nomination of workers of Komsomol organizations of the Byelorussian SSR for government awards of the USSR Orders (1945); Resolution No.351 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus and the Council of Ministers of the Byelorussian SSR on the participation of Komsomol members and youth of the republic in the harvest in areas of virgin and fallow land development (1956), and others.

BRSM today is the largest youth public association in the country, on which the present and future of Belarus depend. It is a school of life where everyone will find understanding and support.
