The Zonal State Archives in Krichev held a training seminar

On September 22, 2025, at the Saprynovichi Rural Executive Committee of the Mstislav District, Mogilev Region, staff of the Zonal State Archives in Krichev held a training seminar with the institution’s source organizations.

The seminar was attended by the heads of the rural executive committees of the Mstislav District: Podsoltovsky, Mazolovsky, Saprynovichsky, Khodosovsky, Rakshinsky, Krasnogorsky, and Mushinsky.

The seminar addressed issues related to document value assessment procedures, drafting a document destruction certificate for documents not subject to storage, document management during and after the end of the record-keeping year, ensuring the preservation of documents with a permanent retention period and personnel records, developing local regulations, file nomenclature, and organizing work with electronic documents. In addition, seminar participants received methodological assistance on issues of document management for organizations.

In conclusion, the seminar participants thanked the organizers and noted the uniqueness and practical significance of the materials presented.
