On the participation of A.A.Artemyeva, archivist of the records management department, the formation of the National Archival Fund, and the organization’s archives, in the 35th Reporting and Election Conference of the Gomel Regional Organization of the BRSM

On September 19, the 35th Reporting and Election Conference of the Gomel Regional Organization of the BRSM was held at the Vygotsky State Pedagogical College. A.A.Artemyeva, chair of the primary organization of the BRSM, represented the State Archives of the Gomel Region.

A key moment was the holding of the first plenary session, which voted to re-elect the first and second secretaries, as well as the chair of the control commission of the Gomel Regional Organization of the BRSM.

Following the vote, Igor Viktorovich Nazarchuk was elected first secretary. He previously worked in the sports and tourism department of the regional executive committee. Anna Vladimirovna Savenko was elected second secretary. She previously held the position of first secretary of the Gomel District Committee of the BRSM. Lyubov Vasilyevna Chemezova was elected Chairperson of the Gomel Regional Control Commission.

Tatyana Kruchko, Chairperson of the Committee for Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Regional Executive Committee, and delegates from each district of the Gomel region participated in the plenary session.

During the conference, the results of work for 2021-2025 were summarized and development prospects for 2026-2030 were identified.

As part of the conference, a ceremony was held for new BRSM members to join the «Belaya Rus» movement, which became another symbolic moment of the event. An award ceremony was also presented to the best activists who have made a significant contribution to the implementation of youth policy in the region.
