On conducting training on preparing files for transfer to the organization’s archive and for permanent storage

On July 22, 2025, specialists from the Department for the Formation of the National Archival Fund and Records Management of the State Archives of the Mogilev Region conducted practical training with specialists from the preschool educational institution service at the Mogilev Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus on conducting scientific and technical processing of documents and preparing files for transfer to the state archive for permanent storage.

During the training, issues of conducting an examination of the value of documents, the formation and filing of files, the design of case covers and case inventories, the procedure for transferring files from structural divisions to the organization’s archive and for permanent storage in the state archive were considered.

Particular attention was paid to the study of current regulatory legal acts and methodological recommendations governing the examination of the value of documents, the formation and execution of files.
