On the visit to the «Glory Museum of Mogilev Region» by an employee of the «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region»

As part of the events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the head of the department of the «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region» Tatyana Shevchik visited the «Glory Museum of Mogilev Region».

On July 5, 2025, a new museum opened its doors in Mogilev, the opening of which was attended by the Head of State – A.G. Lukashenko.

The idea of creating the Glory Museum belongs to veterans, searchers and public figures. The museum was erected on the Buinichi field – a place iconic for all Belarusians, where in July 1941, for 23 days, the Red Army and the people’s militia held back the onslaught of the fascists. The new museum presents information about the Great Patriotic War, pre-war, post-war life of the region and its modern achievements, is a modern cultural, educational and training center created using the latest interactive technologies.

Tatyana Shevchik got acquainted with the museum exhibits and took memorable photos. She was especially impressed by the war heroes brought to life with the help of neural networks.

Visiting such significant places helps to honor the memory of heroes and pay tribute to those who defended our freedom!
