A meeting with authorized officials of village executive committees was held in Bobruisk

A meeting with representatives of the village executive committees of the Osipovichsky and Glussky districts, Glushansky and Gorbotsevichsky village executive committees of the Bobruisk district was held at the institution «Zonal State Archive in the City of Bobruisk». Deputy Chairman of the TNP of the Mogilev Region Inna Gotina, together with the head of the notary archive of the Mogilev notary district Valentina Yakovleva and TNP methodologist Zinaida Tonkikh held a number of meetings with authorized officials of the village executive committees.

During the meetings, the issues of performing notarial acts by authorized officials of village executive committees, entering information about performed notarial acts into the Unified Electronic System for Recording Notarial Acts and Inheritance Cases, the procedure for preparing notarial documents generated during the performance of notarial acts by authorized officials of village executive committees for transfer for storage to the notarial archive of the Mogilev notarial district, as well as making corrections to notarial documents stored in the notarial archive of the Mogilev notarial district were discussed.

After the meeting in the Zonal State Archive of Bobruisk, the head of the notarial archive of the Mogilev notarial district Valentina Yakovleva familiarized herself with the operation of a flatbed scanner for digitizing documents.
