Participation of Deputy Director of the National Archive of the Republic of Belarus S.V.Kulinok in the presentation of the book «Sons of Bashkortostan in the battles for Belarus»

On November 5, 2024, a press conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from Nazi invaders was held in the Press Center of the Press House on the topic: «The contribution of fraternal peoples to the common Victory. Presentation of the international publishing project «Sons of Bashkortostan in the battles for Belarus».

The event was attended by: A.A.Sadovskaya – Head of the advertising Department of RUE «Publishing House «Belarus»; K.D.Klimin – representative of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus; Deputy Director of the National Archive of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter – NARB), Candidate of Historical Sciences S.V.Kulinok and Head of the Center for Military History of Belarus Institute History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor A.M.Litvin.

The book is dedicated to the bright memory of the natives and residents of Bashkortostan, who fought against Nazism in Belarus during the Great Patriotic War: participated in defensive battles, made a feasible contribution to the partisan movement, liberated the republic from Nazi evil spirits.

Deputy Director of the NARB S.V.Kulinok spoke about the work of the archive to perpetuate and preserve the Memory of the events of the Great Patriotic War, in particular about the Internet portal «Partisans of Belarus». The speaker noted the successful architectonics of the publication and its rich factual material.
