Working visit of Alexey Tsvetkov, Deputy Director of the Archives and Records Management Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus
On 12.11.2024, a working visit of the deputy took place. Alexey Tsvetkov, Director of the Archives and Records Management Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, and Andrey Gonchar, Director of the Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photographic Documents in Mogilev.
The working meeting was attended by Andrey Stolyarov, Head of the Main Department of Justice of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, Yulia Klintsova, Head of the Department of Mandatory legal expertise, coordination of the activities of the «one window» services, archives and records management of the Main Department of Justice of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee.
Alexey Evgenievich visited the reconstruction facility of the State Archive of the Mogilev Region institution and got acquainted with the procedure for the reconstruction of this building, with the work processes, with the system corresponding to modern standards and technical requirements necessary for the storage and use of documents (a special gas installation that automatically triggers in case of fire, a ventilation chamber where it is installed special equipment that allows you to maintain the right microclimate for storing documents, – an exhaust system with the functions of dehumidification, humidification and air purification, archives and mobile racks installed in them, a material and technical base), as well as the planned filling of archives with funds, visited workrooms.
The report of the director of the archive Svetlana Sharaeva on the fulfillment of the targets of the subprogram «Archives of Belarus» of the state program «Culture of Belarus» was also heard.
