Working visit of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management to the institution «Zonal State Archive in Mozyr»

On November 24, 2023, the director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, Oleg Leonidovich Voinov, took a working visit to the institution «Zonal State Archive in Mozyr».

The working trip was attended by the head of the department for coordinating legal, control and archival work of the Main Department of Justice of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee Natalya Vladimirovna Sokolova and the director of the National Archive of the Republic of Belarus Andrey Konstantinovich Demyanyuk.

Oleg Leonidovich got acquainted with the work of the institution, listened to information from the director of the archive T.S. Vakhrusheva. about the main activities of the state archive, paying special attention to the issues of ensuring the safety of documents, digitization of archival documents, the implementation of the republican action «Archives to School» and the pilot project «Young Archivist».
