The IV theater festival «UMOЎNO» was held in Polotsk. Amateur theaters from Belarus and Russia came to the city above the Dvina.

Activists of the primary trade union organization of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Polotsk» attended a one-man performance by Sergei Ivanov based on the play by Mikhail Kheifets «Saving the Chamber-Junker Pushkin» at the Moscow MonoLik Theater.

By the way, Sergei Ivanov’s one-man show is a laureate of the International Festival-Laboratory of Small Form Performances and Solo Performances «CHELoBEK Theater» and the International Theater Festival-Competition «Theater-Fest» (Bulgaria).
