Action “Archives-School”

As part of the campaign “Archives-School” on the basis of secondary school No. 3 of Novogrudok named after V.G. Gakhovich, an information marathon “Novogrudok Kaleidoscope” was held for 5th grade students with the participation of an employee of the Zonal State Archive in Novogrudok.

N.A. Pisaruk, head of the department for ensuring the safety, recording and use of documents, gave the children a presentation about Novogrudok. Schoolchildren got acquainted with significant historical events related to the Novogrudok land, its outstanding people, the post-war restoration of the region, the main attractions of the city and saw how Novogrudok is growing and developing at the present time.

During the event, the children actively asked questions about their hometown and shared their impressions of their small homeland.
