On 18 June 2022, the director of State Archives of Minsk Region Yulia Romashko, as part of the delegates of the Partyzansky district organization “Belaya Rus” took part in the Fourth Congress of the Republican Public Association “Belaya Rus”.

At the IV Congress of Belaya Rus, the chairman of the organization was elected Doctor of Philosophy, Rector of Polotsk University Oleg Romanov.
