Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management Victor Kourash meeting with the delegation of Lithuanian archivists

On 11 November 2019 Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management Victor Kourash had a meeting with the delegation of Lithuanian archivists including Director of the Lithuanian State Historical Archives (Vilnius) Ramutis Kurpe and Deputy Director Alfonsas Tamulynas. The meeting discussed perspectives of cooperation in preservation and use of joint documentary heritage of Belarus and Lithuania.

During the meeting the chiefs of the National Historical Archives of Belarus D. Yatskevich and the Lithuanian State Historical Archives R. Kurpe signed an Agreement on cooperation between the two archives in exchange of digital copies on the history of Belarus and Lithuania held at the archives.
