BelNIIDAD released new procedural guidance on records management

The Belarusian Research Institute of Records Management and Archival Studies (BelNIIDAD) issued new procedural guidance on records management:

Methodical recommendations on documentation support of local executive and administrative agencies. The guidance purposes to improve the performance and quality of records management of administration in regional, city and district executive committees and local district administrations in cities.

Methodical recommendations on acquisition of records of public organizations in state archives. The guidance examines legal issues of interaction between state archives and public organizations, criteria and specifics of selection of acquisition sources, accession of records for permanent preservation etc.
