The Department for Archives and Records Management of the Justice Ministry held a board meeting

On 30 October 2018 the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Justice Ministry of the Republic of Belarus held a board meeting to discuss the issue “On the work of reading rooms in the state archives”.

The meeting reviewed the activity of reading rooms in the state archives for the period of 2015 to the first half of 2018. A special attention was paid to the improvement of technical equipment in reading rooms and the use of access records in them.

Following the discussion the decision was adopted to make changes (amendments) to the Instruction on the Procedure of Use of Archival Records in Reading Rooms in State Archives, approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of 24 May 2012 No. 133.
