Staff from the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region took part in a thematic meeting titled «The History of the Vitebsk Region Through the Lives of Its Leaders»

Held at the V.I.Lenin Vitebsk Regional Library, the event was dedicated to the memory of three prominent leaders of the Vitebsk region: Vladimir Kulakov, Sergey Shabashov, and Pyotr Rubis.
