On the Conduct of a Training Seminar for Staff of City, District, and Primary Organizations of the Public Association «Belarusian Republican Youth Union»

On September 23, 2026, Anna Sergeyevna Sakovich—an archivist (1st qualification category) in the Department of Information, Publication, Document Use, and National Archival Fund Formation at the «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region»—conducted a training seminar at the Mogilev State Regional Institute for Education Development. The seminar was held for first secretaries and specialists from city, district, and primary organizations of the Public Association «Belarusian Republican Youth Union» and covered the following topics:

reviewing the state of records management in organizations that serve as sources of archival acquisition;

compiling an organization’s file classification scheme (file index);

new regulations governing the operations of archives within state bodies and other organizations, which entered into force on September 18, 2026;

providing methodological and practical assistance regarding the proper compilation and processing of files designated for permanent retention, temporary retention (up to 10 years), and personnel records.
