Andrei Konstantinovich Demyanyuk retired from his position at the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus

On July 10, 2026, Andrei Konstantinovich Demyanyuk retired from his position as Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as NARB).

A.K.Demyanyuk led the archive for exactly nine years. During these years, the NARB maintained and improved its performance in all areas of its operations, confidently securing its position as the «leading» archive.

Andrei Konstantinovich managed to build a team of like-minded individuals capable of handling any assignment, task, or challenge!

A.K.Demyanyuk exemplifies a responsible, fair, and honest leader who values the individual in every employee, helping them to bring out their best in themselves. On July 10, a ceremonial meeting of the archive staff was held. The following honorary guests were also present: Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L.Voinov, First Deputy Director of the Department O.A.Ledovskaya, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Education, Culture and Science, member of the Council of the House of Representatives, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor I.A.Marzalyuk, Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus S.M.Klishevich, Chairman of the Minsk City Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Employees of State and Other Institutions V.I.Zubrik, Chairman of the Pervomaisky District Organization of Minsk of the Republican Public Organization «Belaya Rus», Deputy of the Minsk City Council S.A.Mazovka, Chairman of the Republican Council of the Public Association «Belarusian Union of Veterans of the Border Service» S.V.Popov, and heads of republican archival institutions.

For many years of conscientious work, exemplary performance of official duties, high professionalism, and significant personal contribution to the implementation of the tasks assigned to the archival industry, NARB Director A.K.Demyanyuk was awarded the «Great Archivist of Belarus» badge of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.

For many years of conscientious work and exemplary performance of official duties, NARB Director A.K.Demyanyuk received a Letter of Gratitude from the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.

For his proactive approach, initiative, responsibility, and significant personal contribution to shaping the positive image of the Belaya Rus public organization, A.K.Demyanyuk was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Minsk City Organization of the Belaya Rus public organization. The Chairman of the Republican Council of the public association «Belarusian Union of Border Service Veterans» presented A.K.Demyanyuk with the «For Merit» badge of the Belarusian Union of Border Service Veterans.
