In the five-year quality plan, we continue to highlight the first products from Vitebsk enterprises certified with the USSR State Quality Mark.
In 1931, the largest factory in the USSR for the production of hosiery, socks, underwear, and knitwear—the Vitebsk State Hosiery and Knitwear Factory named after KIM—opened in Vitebsk. In 1970, the first four styles of women’s underwear produced at the factory were awarded the State Quality Mark.
