Training Seminar at the Zonal State Archives in Pinsk

On June 26, 2026, the Records Management and Formation Department of the National Archives Department held a training seminar for directors of regional archives at the Zonal State Archives in Pinsk. The seminar focused on «Document Preparation in Accordance with Records Management Instructions. The Procedure for Destroying Documents with Expired Storage Periods and the Preparation of Destruction Certificates for Documents and Files Not Subject to Storage».

Six directors of regional archives attended. The seminar addressed issues related to document management, compiling file inventories and historical reports of liquidated business entities, the approval process, the destruction of documents and files not subject to storage, and the accounting and preservation of documents of liquidated business entities. Following the meeting, the directors were given a tour of the archives and viewed the banner exhibition «Belarus Remembers».
