Conducting a seminar for representatives of territorial archives

On June 22, 2026, I.M.Gordeyko, the leading archivist of the NAF Office of Record-keeping and Formation. a seminar on the topic «Organization of the work of territorial archives» was held for representatives of the territorial archives of the service area of the state archive: Baranovichi and Baranovichi district, Ivatsevichi and Lyakhovichi districts. At the seminar, issues related to the specifics of the activity of territorial archives were discussed in accordance with the Methodological recommendations for organizing the work of territorial (city and district) archives.

On the occasion of the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People, a viewing of the film «Fortress Hero» prepared by the Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photographic Documents was organized for the employees of the archives. The participants of the seminar and the employees of the state archive honored the memory of the dead with a minute of silence.
