On April 18, 2026, the staff of the Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archival Science participated in a national cleanup day

Prior to the event, the institute’s employees received targeted safety training, specifically addressing the specifics of the upcoming work. The training was conducted by S.S.Mishuk, Deputy Director of the Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archival Science. During the cleanup day, the Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archival Science carried out a number of improvements to the area surrounding the archival building.

Furthermore, sanitary and hygienic measures were carried out in the interior spaces—offices and archive storage rooms. Participation in the cleanup day not only improved the condition of the building and surrounding area but also strengthened corporate culture, enhanced teamwork, and increased employees’ sense of social responsibility.

A total of 25 employees of the institute participated in the national cleanup day.

The 655 rubles earned during the cleanup were transferred to a separate bank account opened with the Central District Administration of Minsk, in accordance with Resolution No.150 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated March 31, 2026, «On the National Cleanup Day in 2026».
