Participation of Staff from the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus in the Cultural and Patriotic Festival «Minsk United»
On April 9, 2026, the cultural and patriotic festival «Minsk United» was held at the National Library of Belarus to great acclaim. This large-scale event united representatives of various professions and generations under the shared values of love for the Motherland.
Participating in the festive atmosphere of the event were staff from the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter NARB) and members of the Belarusian Union of Women: M.A.Starostenko, Head of Department and Chairperson of the Primary Organization of the Belarusian Union of Women, and N.O.Pustovoit, Chief Archivist of the NARB.
The main theme of the festival was the unity of the Belarusian people and the country’s shared achievements, of which every citizen can rightfully be proud. The program was imbued with profound meaning: the stage featured creative performances dedicated to true patriotism, the bright memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, and our most precious possession—the peaceful sky above. The artists’ performances resonated with the audience. Many numbers evoked genuine emotions, and poignant songs about the Motherland and the people’s heroism moved audiences to tears, reminding them of the importance of preserving historical memory.
Participation in such projects underscores the unity of the capital’s workforce and their shared responsibility for the prosperity of their native Belarus.
