Employees of the Vitebsk Region State Archives participated in the dialogue platform «Numbers on the Heart: Remembering to Live», dedicated to the International Day of the Liberation of Nazi Concentration Camp Prisoners

On April 10, 2026, in anticipation of the International Day of the Liberation of Nazi Concentration Camp Prisoners, the Zheleznodorozhny District Administration of Vitebsk organized a dialogue platform, «Numbers on the Heart: Remembering to Live», for young specialists from organizations and institutions in the district. Participants discussed the genocide of the Belarusian people, archival documents that must not be forgotten, and why «memory» is not just a word, but the key to our peaceful future.

Representing the Vitebsk Region State Archives, the event was chaired by Tatyana Vladimirovna Buevich, Deputy Director, and Svetlana Nikolaevna Myasoedova, Lead Archivist.
