The Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation celebrated the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia
On April 2, 2026, the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation held a staff meeting to mark the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia.
Acting Director Grigory Stepanovich Zholnerkevich delivered an opening address to the archive staff.
Grigory Stepanovich emphasized the existing strong family, friendship, and cultural ties between Belarusians and the peoples of Russia, calling for appreciation of our shared achievements in all areas of our two countries, respect for cultural differences, and striving for even greater trust, good neighborliness, and achievements.
Particular attention was paid to shared achievements and projects in the field of archival affairs. Grigory Stepanovich noted that, thanks to their painstaking joint work to preserve documentary memory, Belarusians and the peoples of Russia are not only preserving the truth about the past but also creating a solid foundation for mutual understanding among future generations.
In conclusion, Grigory Stepanovich, on behalf of himself and everyone present, wished both peoples peace, creative energy, well-being, and prosperity.
