The Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus participated in the «Fair History» seminar for Minsk history teachers

On March 25, 2026, a meeting of the ongoing scientific and educational seminar «Fair History» was held at the Central Officers’ Club. Approximately 300 history teachers from the capital participated. The topic of this year’s meeting was «The Contribution of the USSR State Security Agencies to the Defeat of Fascism».

Opening the seminar, Chairman of the Minsk City Council of Deputies A.N.Tsuran noted the particular relevance of the chosen topic. Member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus S.M.Klishevich noted that the seminar’s topics are being developed in close collaboration with the teaching community.

Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, PhD in History S.V.Kulinok, presented a paper entitled «The Fight Against German Agents in Occupied Belarus During the Great Patriotic War».

The second speaker at the seminar was V.N.Nadtachaev, Senior Researcher at the Center for Military History of Belarus at the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. He spoke about the participation of state security officials in the fight against the Nazi occupiers.
