On the Participation of the Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus in the Second Plenum of the Minsk City Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Employees of State and Other Institutions

On March 19, 2026, the Second Plenum of the Minsk City Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Employees of State and Other Institutions was held. The meeting summarized the work of 2025, outlined objectives for 2026, and introduced changes to the elected bodies.

A.K.Demyanyuk, Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter NARB), participated in the Plenum and spoke. In his report, he highlighted the role of the NARB trade union in the life of the team, the interaction between the employer and the trade union in resolving specific professional labor and social issues within the team, and the importance of the collective agreement as the main legal instrument regulating labor and social relations between employers and employees.

City Committee Chairman V.I.Zubrik presented A.K.Demyanyuk with the City Organization’s Certificate of Honor «For significant personal contribution to protecting the labor rights and legitimate interests of trade union members, strengthening social partnership, and active participation in public life».
