An event dedicated to Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus was held at the Zonal State Archives in Lida

On March 12, 2026, the Zonal State Archives in Lida hosted an event dedicated to Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus for 7th-grade students of Lida Secondary School No.6 named after N.B.Kukonenko. A presentation was prepared for the students and a lesson was held on the topic of «The Constitution of the Republic of Belarus», during which they were reminded that the Constitution is the fundamental law of the country, possessing the highest legal force and strengthening the fundamental principles and norms of legal regulation of important social relations. To reinforce the material, the young patriots were invited to participate in a quiz on «The Constitution of the Republic of Belarus». The students answered the questions with interest and demonstrated a high level of knowledge.

As part of the Open Film Archive project «We brought this day closer as best we could», a screening of the documentary film «Liberation of the Grodno Region», produced by the BGAKFFD, was organized for the students. The students also took a tour of the archives and visited the exhibitions.
