A film lecture for Rechitsa oil workers on Constitution Day

On March 13, 2026, a film lecture was held at the Production Geophysical Works Department of the Belorusneft Production Association. In anticipation of Constitution Day, Rechitsa State Archives staff briefed the department’s employees on the history of the holiday and screened the BGAKFFD documentary «30 Years of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus», which contains information about the fundamental laws adopted in Belarus during various historical periods and the significance of the current Constitution for the independent Belarusian state.
