On February 15, 2026, on Internationalist Warriors Remembrance Day, staff of the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno participated in the requiem rally «War Was in Their Fate», dedicated to Internationalist Warriors Remembrance Day. At the conclusion of the event, flowers were laid at the monument in the Memorial Square for Afghan Warriors in Grodno.
