On holding meetings to summarize the activities of state archival institutions in 2025

According to the schedule approved by Department Director O.L.Voinov, a series of meetings will be held in January to summarize the activities of state archival institutions in 2025.

The meetings will review the archival institutions’ performance during the reporting period, the extent to which key performance indicators have been met, and identify priority tasks for 2026.

Meetings have already been held at a number of state archives, including:

Brest Region – at the State Archives of the Brest Region, and at the zonal state archives in Baranovichi, Pinsk, and Kobrin;

Vitebsk Region – at the zonal state archives in Glubokoye, Orsha, and Polotsk;

Gomel Region – in the State Archives of the Gomel Region, the State Archives of Public Associations of the Gomel Region, and the zonal state archives in Rechitsa, Zhlobin, and Mozyr;

Grodno Region – in the zonal state archives in Lida and Novogrudok.

Minsk Region – in the State Archives of the Minsk Region, and the zonal state archives in Borisov, Slutsk, and Molodechno;

Mogilev Region – in the State Archives of the Mogilev Region, the State Archives of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region, and the zonal state archives in Bobruisk and Krichev.

Work on holding meetings will continue and will be completed within the established timeframe.

The results of the discussions and suggestions will be taken into account in future planning of archival activities.
