A lecture on emergency procedures for water was held at the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region

On January 6, the workday at the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region began with a general meeting, which included a lecture on water safety procedures, preventing deaths in water, and providing first aid.

The lecture was given by Anton Nikiforovich Yupatov, a veteran of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and currently an employee of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region.
