Musicians Igor Olovnikov and Alexander Terekhov visited the Belarusian State Archives and Museum of Literature and Art (BSAMLI)

On January 6, 2026, a meeting was held at the Belarusian State Archives and Museum of Literature and Art (hereinafter referred to as BSAMLI) between E.A.Makarenko, Director of the Archives and Museum, and O.F.Shatalova, Head of the Department of Scientific Description of Personal Documents, and M.I.Pyshinskaya, Head of the Department of Organizational and Formation Archives of the National Archives and Museum and Igor Vladimirovich Olovnikov, People’s Artist of Belarus, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus, professor at the Belarusian State Academy of Music, and Alexander Petrovich Terekhov, Belarusian guitarist, member and founder of the guitar duo «Allegrias», and Director of the Children’s Music School of Arts No.2 named after N.I.Aladov, took place at the Belarusian State Archives and Museum of Literature and Art (hereinafter referred to as BSAMLI).

During the conversation, agreements were reached to establish the Igor Vladimirovich Olovnikov Family Foundation at the Belarusian State Academy of Music and Literature (BSAMLI) and his father, composer and People’s Artist of Belarus Vladimir Vladimirovich Olovnikov, and to hold joint events dedicated to the anniversaries of Belarusian cultural and artistic figures, primarily composers, conductors, and People’s Artists of Belarus.

The BSAMLI staff expresses gratitude for the trust and looks forward to further fruitful cooperation.
