BelTIZ Report on the BGAMLI Exhibition «Knight of the Human Spirit»

On December 17, 2025, the video channel of the Belarusian Society of the Visually Impaired (BelTIZ) filmed a report on the exhibition «Knight of the Human Spirit», organized by the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art and dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the famous Belarusian writer V.S.Korotkevich. The report is based on an interview with the exhibition curator, leading archivist N.A.Mizon, and a narrative about the writer’s life and work based on exhibition materials.

The report presents rare documents about V.S.Korotkevich’s origins, his epistolary legacy, his travels, and his warm and friendly relationships with other renowned writers. The curator’s account of V.S.Korotkevich’s unusual sense of humor plays a prominent role. In her interview, N.A.Mizon emphasized that V.S.Korotkevich’s documentary legacy in the archive-museum collection is extremely diverse and provides future researchers with the opportunity to discover new facts about his life.
