Meeting of the All-Belarusian National Assembly Delegate with the Staff of the State Archives of the Gomel Region
On December 10, 2025, a meeting between Irina Anatolyevna Abramtseva, a delegate of the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly, and the staff of archivists was held at the State Archives of the Gomel Region.
Irina Anatolyevna announced that the second session of the 7th All-Belarusian People’s Assembly (ABPA) will be held in Minsk on December 19, 2025. The ABPA has acquired constitutional status, becoming the highest representative body of popular sovereignty.
Irina Anatolyevna briefed the staff on the draft Socioeconomic Development Program for 2026–2030, which was developed through the joint efforts of government agencies, the scientific community, and the expert community.
The seven key priorities of the draft Program define the vector of economic development across three components: comprehensive personal development, improving quality and standards of living, balanced economic growth, and ensuring environmental safety. The project is closely aligned with sustainable development goals, tailored to national interests.
«Each priority is filled with specific objectives for its achievement. For example, the priority ‘National Demographic Security’ will advance the achievement of the sustainable development goal ‘Good Health and Well-Being.’ The priority ‘Human Potential Development’ aims to achieve the goals ‘Reduced Inequality,’ ‘Quality Education,’ and ‘Decent Work and Economic Growth», – explained Irina Anatolyevna.
«Thus, the program becomes concrete and accessible», – concluded Irina Anatolyevna.
