The National Historical Archives of Belarus will participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Berkow Readings-2025»

On December 2-3, 2025, Olga Volkova, PhD in History and leading researcher in the Research, Publication, and Exhibition Activities Sector, participated in the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Berkow Readings-2025». The conference commemorates the birthday of Soviet literary scholar, bibliographer, bibliologist, source scholar, and literary historian Pavel Naumovich Berkov (1896-1969) and is being held in the year of the 100th anniversary of the Yakub Kolas Central Scientific Library of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

O.Volkova presented a paper entitled «Memorial Books and Photo Albums of German Divisions and Regiments as a Source for the History of Belarus during the First World War (from the Collections of the Berlin State Library – Prussian Cultural Heritage and the Library of the Federal Military Archives in Freiburg, Germany)».
