On the participation of the State Archives of the Gomel Region in the seminar «Dialogue of Opportunities: Effective Practices and Paths to Developing the Organizational Structures of the Gomel Regional Organization of the Belaya Rus NGO»

On November 22, 2025, Victoria Rudenko, a first-category archivist at the State Archives of the Gomel Region and chairperson of the primary organization of the Belaya Rus NGO, participated in the seminar «Dialogue of Opportunities: Effective Practices and Paths to Developing the Organizational Structures of the Gomel Regional Organization of the Belaya Rus NGO».

The event was attended by chairpersons and leading specialists from the organizational structures of the Republican and Gomel Regional Organizations of the Belaya Rus NGO.

The seminar was opened by Artur Putyato, chairperson of the Gomel Regional Organization of the Belaya Rus NGO, who spoke about shaping a positive image for the regional organization, its challenges, and development prospects.

Olga Fedorovich, member of the Republican Council, member of the Presidium of the Regional Council, chairperson of the primary organization based on the production principle of the Belaya Rus Regional Public Organization of the Belorusneft Republican Unitary Enterprise Production Association, presented the topic «Organization of the Activities of the Primary Organization Based on the Production Principle of the Belaya Rus Regional Public Organization, and Deputy General Director of the company».

The participants discussed the experience of Gomel’s district organizations and their interactions with enterprises in the industrial and rural sectors of the region, as well as medical and social institutions.

Following the meeting’s conclusions, a tour of the Neftyanik Cultural and Cultural Center Museum was organized for the seminar participants.
