The Zonal State Archives in Krichev held a training seminar

On November 21, 2025, staff from the Acquisitions Department of the Zonal State Archives in Krichev held a training seminar for employees of Mstislavlyon Open Joint-Stock Company.

The seminar covered issues related to document value assessment procedures, drafting a document destruction report for documents not subject to storage, and managing documents during and after the record-keeping year, ensuring the preservation of documents with a permanent retention period and personnel records, developing local regulations, file nomenclature, and organizing work with electronic documents.

In addition, seminar participants received methodological assistance on issues of document management support for organizations.

In conclusion, the seminar participants thanked the organizers and noted the uniqueness and practical significance of the materials presented.
