The staff of the Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archival Science participated in a national cleanup day

On October 25, 2025, the staff of the Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archival Science participated in a national cleanup day.

The national cleanup day was organized in connection with the declaration of 2025 as the Year of Improvement and the Five-Year Quality Plan for 2025–2029.

Before the event, the institute’s employees received targeted safety training tailored to the specifics of the upcoming work.

During the cleanup day, together with colleagues from the National Historical Archives of Belarus, BelNIIDAD staff carried out a series of improvement activities in the area adjacent to the archive building, including clearing debris and improving the condition of the lawns. Additionally, sanitary and hygienic work was carried out in the building’s interior spaces (offices and storage areas).

Participation in the cleanup not only improved the condition of the archive building and surrounding area, but also contributed to strengthening corporate culture, developing teamwork, and fostering a sense of social responsibility among employees.

A total of 27 institute employees participated in the national cleanup day. The funds earned during the cleanup day, amounting to 870 rubles, were transferred to a separate bank account opened with the Central District Administration of Minsk, in accordance with Resolution No.570 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated October 16, 2025, «On the Conduct of the National Cleanup Day».
