On the Seminar Held by the Zonal State Archives in Novogrudok

A seminar on records management and archival matters for agricultural specialists was held at the Novogrudok District Executive Committee.

S.G. Vakhgolts, Lead Archivist at the Zonal State Archives in Novogrudok, introduced those present to the main regulatory legal acts governing document management, including the new Instructions for Records Management in Government Agencies and Other Organizations, approved by Resolution No.65 of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated August 29, 2025. The seminar covered the key provisions of the Instructions regarding the preparation and execution of certain types of documents and the formation of files.

Particular attention was paid to the organization of electronic document management.
