A Creative Meeting with Writer Alesya Kuznetsova at the National Library of Belarus
On October 21, 2025, staff of the Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art participated in a creative meeting with contemporary Belarusian writer Alesya Kuznetsova, winner of the National Literary Prize of Belarus, and member of the Writers’ Union of Belarus. The event took place in the Labyrinth Gallery of the National Library of Belarus. Alesya Kuznetsova is a prominent representative of the new generation of Belarusian authors and is also known as a journalist, producer, and director. Her books «When the Ice Cracks», «Russian Paso Doble», «Light Beyond the Mountains», «Medal of the Noble», «Girl in a Black Tunic», and others have won acclaim from both critics and a wide audience, including on the LitRes platform.
During the lively discussion, the writer discussed her creative path, literary quests, and sources of inspiration, sharing her thoughts on the contemporary literary process. The meeting was timed to coincide with Parental Love Week and took place on Father’s Day.
The program included a question-and-answer session and a tour of the exhibition.
The event was held with the participation of Belarus Publishing House.
