The National Historical Archives of Belarus (NHA) held a «Young Archivist» club session

On October 15, 2025, the «Young Archivist» club session was held at Secondary School No.27 in Minsk. Sergei Ryndin, Deputy Director of the NHAB, addressed the senior students. The session focused on the family history, childhood, and parents of several Belarusian scientists and cultural figures, including Yanka Kupala, Yakub Kolas, Vincent Dunin, Martsinkevich, Maxim Bogdanovich, Mitrofan Dovnar-Zapolsky, and Kondrat Krapiva. The session was timed to coincide with Parental Love Week, which runs from October 14 to 21.

The participants reviewed family lists, genealogical tables, census records, and church registers, all of which are housed in the archive.

The students participated in the club activities with great interest and asked numerous questions.
