On October 29, 2025, the Belarusian Scientific Research Institute of Document Management (BelNIIDAD) will host a training webinar on «Electronic Document Management and Archival Storage of Electronic Documents and Electronic Documents».

Topics to be covered in the webinar:
1. Regulatory and methodological framework for electronic document management and archival storage of electronic documents and electronic documents.
2. Concepts of an electronic document, an electronic document, an electronic copy of a paper document, and a paper copy of an electronic document. Integrity and authenticity of an electronic document.
3. Creation and processing of electronic documents and electronic documents. File formats.
4. Working with electronic documents and electronic documents within the automated document management system (ADMS). Requirements for information systems. Registration of electronic documents and electronic documents. Organization of electronic document management.
5. Creation of electronic and hybrid files.
6. Evaluation of the value and storage periods of electronic documents and electronic documents.
7. Transfer of electronic and hybrid files to an organization’s archive. Compilation of inventories of electronic files.
8. Procedure for storing electronic documents and electronic documents in an organization’s archive. Organizational archive information system, Departmental Archive Automated Information System. Requirements for organizational archive information systems.
9. Conditions under which the creation and storage of electronic documents and electronic documents without paper counterparts is permitted.
10. Transfer of electronic documents for permanent storage in state archives.
